Check-in begins Friday, August 29 from 5:00pm-6:30pm. Upon check-in, please provide your physical ticket or QR code to be scanned. At check-in you will receive your conference packet. There will be no registration available on-site. 

The dealine to register is Monday, August 25, 2025 at 11:59pm central time. 

The conference team reccommends staying at one of the three hotels listed below. Please call them or utilize their website to making your housing accommodations.

The BOLD Conference is FREE to attend! However, both days there will be a "free will" offering taken for those desiring to invest in the conference.
